He is holding a NEBOSH international Diploma in Occupational health and Safety. He is practicing with operational safety, certified OHSAS Lead Auditor, certified 50001 Energy Management Lead Auditor. Currently working with ADNOC Industrial Gases as HSE Specialist.

Eisa Salem Saeed Al Jenaibi

Manager, Energy Optimization & Management, Engineering & Technical Services Division, ADNOC Gas Processing

Eissa is the Energy Optimization & Management Department Manager at ADNOC Gas Processing. He has over 14 years of experience in the company and has held different managerial and engineering positions in the areas of maintenance, energy optimization and environment protection. He has led numerus energy efficiency strategic initiatives at ADNOC level and ADNOC Gas Processing with significant impact on energy performance improvement and systems advancement. Eissa has a Master’s Degree HRM from Abu Dhabi University and Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Arizona.

Jasim Al Raeesi

Jasim Alraeesi is an enthusiastic and ambitious person with a great experience in both Oil & Gas and Nuclear Energy fields. With 22 years work experience, Jasim has gained extensive experience in Health, Safety & environment which has always been his passion as he graduated with BEng Environmental Engineering with honor from the University of Huddersfield in the UK. He also has MSc Occupational Health & Safety Management from Loughborough University in the Uk and currently pursuing his DBA at Derby University in the UK. Currently, Jasim is the HSE manager in Bunduq oil producing company where with the broad experience he has can ensure that highest regulations and standards are followed and adhered to.

Karthik Sitaraman

Senior Manager - DCS and PIMS, Emirates Global Aluminium

Karthik has worked for suppliers like Honeywell, Invensys and operating companies like QAFCO and EGA. Karthik has a total of 26 years of experience - 13 years with suppliers working in a wide range of roles involving project, program and operations management; 13 years heading up the OT projects and operations for a fertilizer complex QAFCO, Qatar and Alumina refinery at EGA, UAE. Karthik’s expertise is across the entire process automation landscape in the implementation and operation of traditional solutions like DCS, PLCs, ESD, MES, OTS, APC, Alarm Management, Asset Management, and emerging solutions like Industry 4.0, cybersecurity, edge computing and IIoT applications. Karthik has the ability to view projects from customer and vendor perspectives, thereby managing and mitigating project and operational risks.

Khalfan Mohamed Al Abdouli

Performance and Reliability Advisor (Instrument and Control), ADNOC LNG

Khalfan Mohamed Al Abdouli is the Performance and Reliability advisor (Instrument and Control) at Abu Dhabi Gas Liquefaction Company Ltd – ADGAS having obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Khalifa University in 2007 and joined ADGAS in the same year. In 2011 Khalfan obtained a master degree in Engineering management from university of Wollongong. A technical expert with 9 years’ experience, responsible for assuring plant performance as per design intent in ADGAS, partnering with internal business stakeholders to tackle plant issues and provide advisory roles for improving plant effectiveness. Khalfan occupied different role in ADGAS in deferent division starting from maintenance, to engineering and project and finally in performance and reliability. Khalfan is charged to analyze, diagnose, and solve significant plant issues relating primarily to production losses and integrity and reliability events and trends. He is a specialist in process instrumentation and controls engineering. Khalfan facilitates and leads Root Cause Analysis teams. Khalfan is the Independent Competent Person accountable for verification of asset integrity of instrumentation and control systems and equipment.

Khalid Darwish

Mr. Khalid Darwish received his B.Sc. degree in Electro-mechanical Systems Engineering from Al Balqa’ Applied University in Jordan, and his M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, UAE. He worked in water and electricity utility sector for 15 years. He is currently a Senior Telecom Engineer at Al Ain Distribution Company-United Arab Emirates. He is a certified member of UK Engineering Council, certified project management professional, and certified Cyber Security Professional. His research interests are smart grid, SCADA, industrial communication, automation, and industrial systems security.

Over 16 years of experience in the information technologies specially related to satellites applications, smart cities & civil engineering applications. In 2009, he joined the Asset Management Directorate as an Asset Information Section Head in AADC and in parallel assigned as a chairman of the innovation & creativity council. registered four PATENTs, in US Patent office. He achieved the crown prince Medal in innovation 2018, achieved the innovation medal across the energy sector 2017, and achieved the innovation of sustainable energy award on the national level 2018. Published a book in 2015 for the smart cities monitoring technologies.

Manmohan Sreedhar

Department Manager -Technical Integrity, HSSED - Health, Safety, Security & Environment Division, ADNOC Distribution

Eng. Manmohan Sreedhar works as the Technical Integrity Department Manager at ADNOC Distribution and is currently responsible for Asset Integrity and implementing the company’s Energy Management System. He has over 30 years of experience in almost all technical aspects of oil and gas distribution across the entire project lifecycle ranging from Engineering and Design, Construction, Operations & Maintenance. During the last 15 years with Adnoc Distribution, he was involved with various projects such as the Inter-Refinery-Pipeline projects and the Hamriyah Depot project besides various other brown field projects. Prior to joining ADNOC, he has worked with Indian Oil Corporation, a Fortune 500 company on many major cross-country pipeline projects and the associated depots and terminals. His focus at present is on several initiatives that will lead to tangible improvement in energy efficiency of the fuels distribution and retailing business

Nagarajan Venkataraman

Since joining Borouge in 2000, Nagarajan has worked in various positions in IT & Maintenance. Presently working as Department manager for Automation & Control, is responsible for maintenance, life cycle management and development of new automation systems, analyzers, Fire & gas systems etc., Before joining Borouge in 2000, he worked with Honeywell for 12 years in India and UAE. In Honeywell Nagarajan developed local technical assistance centers, managed projects and after sales support. Prior to this, between 1984-1989, he worked for Leeds & Northrup affiliate in India.

Osama Salah

Mr. Salah is Manager of IS Planning & Governance in ADNOC LNG. He has a BSc. In Industrial Electronics and MBA from the University of Strathclyde. He is an Executive Leader with over 20 years of ICT experience and subject matter expert in information security, risk management, and governance. A well-versed information security professional and expert in determining, strategizing and leading enterprise information security transformation, governance, risk management and operational excellence in the Oil & Gas industry. He is currently chairing the FAIR Institutes UAE Chapter and avid advocate for quantitative risk management.

Dr. Paul Rostron

Assistant Professor of Chemistry and Corrosion, Petroleum Institute

B.Sc.(Hons), Ph.D., MRSC MICorr CCHem Dr Rostron is assistant professor of chemistry at Khalifa University, at the Petroleum Institute campus in Abu Dhabi. He lectures courses in materials science, general chemistry, physical chemistry HSE; and Corrosion engineering, as well as directing research in corrosion at the Corrosion Research Laboratory. He also delivers residential courses in corrosion around the world. He has over 19 years’ experience teaching to EFL students and has been actively involved in corrosion research for over 20 years. Current research topics include: • corrosion mapping of the UAE, mixing efficiency assessment of two component coatings, corrosion rate as a function of pipe expansion ratio for down-hole applications, sour gas condensate corrosion mechanism ,Galvanic Corrosion in Ethylene glycol recovery unit , Pipeline corrosion mechanism modelling He is President and Chairman the governing board for NACE International (UAE) section, and local board member for the Royal Society of Chemistry.

Ranjan Chakravarty

Reni Ninan

Worked as Control & Automation engineer for last twenty years, with Oil &Gas, Fertilizer and steel industries with experience ranging from PLC/DCS/SCADA installation, through to commissioning and further maintaining the systems Currently OT Automation team lead for ADNOC Distribution depots/plant/ terminals across UAE, experienced on Terminal Automation and Management systems, F&G and ESD systems, Loading (Marine/Non-Marine) Automation, Fire fighting and Extinguishant systems, Tank Gauging and inventory systems and also overfill prevention systems (Tanks/Trucks). Currently working a new set of Cybersecurity systems installed, and also working to make other locations Cyber Safe. Interests include wireless HART, Fieldbus Protocols, and SIS design aspects

Santhi Sekhar Choppala

Executed several automation projects including cyber security. He has thirty plus years of experience in the field of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
